Fatima Grupico, 24, a former history teacher at the now-closed Cardinal McCarrick High School in South Amboy, New Jersey, is charged with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old male student.

A 24-year-old history teacher at a New Jersey Catholic high school was arrested for having sex with a student, authorities said.

Fatima Grupico was charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with a 17-year-old student at Cardinal McCarrick High School, according to the Office of the Middlesex County Prosecutor.
