Who's the smartest prof at HLS?

Always hear stories about how Nesson was brilliant. People talk about
Feldman a lot too. But Meltzer struck me as the smartest dude whose 
class i took.

yeah he was #1 at harvard ug, but he majored in fucking middle eastern studies. 
hard to take that seriously.
